The Villa
Villa Violetta consists of 2 hectares of park with several enclosed areas where you can sit and relax, some of them with view of Lake Trasimeno. The pool (7x14metres) is with roman stairs is set in one end of the park with a stunning view over the valley. The main house has a total surface of 450 sqm, 4 floors with 8 bedrooms in all.
The ground floor: Entrance hall, sitting room with fireplace, big kitchen-livingroom with big luxury stove, double bedroom and bathroom.
First floorl: Double bedroom with bathroom, giant sittingroom with balcony and another three double bedrooms and bathroom.
Second floorl: Hall, three double bedrooms and bathroom.
Third floor: Cosy sitting lounge with beautiful view over the park.

The week price is inclusive linen, water, gas for cooking and final cleaning.
Electricity is payed seperately at departure with € 0,30 per Kw. Gas for heating is also payed at departure. There's a caution for covering damages of € 400,- payed at arrival and payed back before departure.
Changeover day Saturday with arriaval after 18.00 and departure before 10.00

More about the place...
The long pine alley leads up to the big villa, where you naturally find private parking for several cars. Around the house there are chairs, tables, tabletennis and BBQ. By the pool you will find deck chairs and tables, shower and sunshades. In spite of the country settings Villa Violetta is only 500 metres away from the bar and pizzeria in Villastrada where you also will find the grosers and post office. Only few kilometres from beautiful towns such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno and others.
