There's only 2km to the nearest village where you find the grosers, bar and pizzaria. 

The old Mrs. Illuminati knows how to keep the staff alert on every post, nothing is left undone and Elio the gardener is seeing to that every pot is flowering and the pathways are raked. At Villa Belvedere you'll find 4 spacious apartments, one of them for 7 persons. Many outdoor activties such as table tennis and volley-ball ground. The swimmingpool is 6x12 metres with roman stairs. There is a common outhouse with dining area, BBQ and pizza oven. In the garden you will also find a big bird cage with exotic birds.

The entrance to this apartment is a pergola of jasmin. The spacious apartment consists of double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds with direct access to a small outside terrace, bathroom and kitchen-livingroom with fireplace and dishwasher.

This is a giant big apartment set on the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms and kitchen with dining area. The livingroom has very cosy chesterfield corner with fireplace, all furnished with stile and class. In the garden there is private space for the apartment where you can sit together eating and relaxing.

Belvedere "Casa Edoardo"

Big detached apartment with own garden and private driveway and parking which origianally was made for the Illuminati family. The apartment is for 5 persons, the driveway leads up to the "portico" where you enter the ground floor consisting of very big livingroom several differnt sitting areas with fireplace, sofa's, bathroom, kitchen with open fireplace for cooking. The big staircase leads up to the first floor where you'll find double bedroom with own bathroom with bathtop and small terrace, another doubke bedrrom with own bathroom and washing machine and big terrace with views all the way to Panicale and last but not least single bedroom with small terrace. Villa Belveduto is only 50 metres away on the other side of the road from Belvedere and here you'll also find 4 spacious and lovely apartments each for 4 persons, one of them even for 5 and all of them with 2 seperate bedrooms. There is a common big garden with pool, football field, boccia playground and lots of cosy corners. A special feature is the big pergola with strawberry-wine where you can sit under enjoying a book or just relaxing. Belveduto is peace and views for the eye in the countryside
