La Casetta Gialla

Here in the middle of the village Vaiano with views of Lake Chiusi you find this lovely independent fenced in holiday house with big garden and private parking. The house is owned by an old construction builder who has layed his heart into this project of restoring the property which is perfect for big families with children or couples that travel together. Inside you find a hallway, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen-livingroom and large balcony. In the big fenced in garden there is covered sitting and eating area, BBQ and small swimmingpool for the very young ones. 

Denisio the old builder takes care of everything at "The Casetta Gialla" likes to see flowers grow in the garden and will do his best to see that your holiday becomes a success! The lovely house is situated in the middle of the village with only 100 metres to the grosers. There's a lot of space for you where you can relax, this house is good value for money. Enjoy the village of Vaiano whisc is the highest point in the comune between the two lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi. 

 The house

From the spacious hall you have access to all the rooms in the house; Diningroom directly attached to the kitchen with open fireplace. There are three double bedrooms of which one is with private bathroom, another two double bedrooms with one common bathroom with washing machine. Along the backside of two of the bedrooms runs the large balcony where you also can sit and enjoy the view.

Prices

The prices are included linen, towels, gas (not for heating) electricity, water and final cleaning. Heating is payed seperately. Changeover day Saturday with arrival after 15.00 and departure before 10.00

The private big garden is henged in and the centre is an old restored well that gives water to all the flowers and trees during the hot summer days. The covered sitting and eating area is ideal to sit under for the whole family at lunch or dinner or just with a small drink in your hand and a good book. For the small children the little pool comes in handy on a very hot day, if you need a proper pool the guests here are always welcome on the other side of the street at "Poggio dei Laghi" Grosers, bar and tenniscourt a few steps away, pizzeria in the neighbour village Villastrada just 1 km.
