Cosy apartment on the 1st. floor with aview of lake Trasimeno. The outside staircase leads you up to the balcony, from where lunch can be taken enjoying the lovely view, or during night watching the scintillating lights around the shores of the lake. Entering the kitchen-livingroom where you can see the old chestnut beams its possible to light the fireplace if needed. A hallway with two steps leads to either the bathroom, a "walk-in wardrobe" or the bedroom that has an extra inserted floor with a bed. This apartment has style and atmosphere- sleeps 4.

From the covered terrace there is free access to the garden and the pool, here you can sit and relax watching the children bathing. You enter directly to the kitchen-livingroom where the beautiful fireplace is part of the rooms environment. In the first bedroom there is two single beds, and bathroom with an antique sink. The master bedroom is dominated by the handmade fourposter bed, and there´s direct access from the room to the garden. Sleeps 4.

Fonte Maggio

The lovely apartment runs through the house with entrance from the road. From the very big kitchen-livingroom there´s view over the fields and the fireplace is set in the corner of the room. The sofa-bed can be used as an extra two bed places. The bathroom is made with a lot of luxury finish and the bedroom is very big with direct access to the terrace which is under roof and towards the pool. This apartment can also be rented together with "Fonte delle Rose" as the two terraces can be opened and become one big common terrace. Sleeps 2+2.

Fonte delle Rose

Very big apartment set on two floors with entrance directly to the kitchen-livingroom with fireplace. There is access to the terrace which is covered and facing towards the pool area. A beautifull handmade staircase leads you to the first floor where you have views to Lake Trasimeno as well as the garden. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. Two very nice bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed and access to a build in floor with an extra double bed and window in the roof from where you can look at the stars at night. Luxury and old fashion style awaits you here in this apartment which sleeps 6.

Pina, Massimo and Emi really have put their heart into this place that meets the guest with a high level of handmade furniture and luxury!
In the big common garden there is a BBQ and the pool (6,5x12 metres) with stairs. The old farmhouse is situated at the end of a gravel road, but very close to two small villages Pnicarola and Macchie and with views of Lake Trasimeno. - A true pearl! There is a nine hole golf course just 200 metres away and in the larger cities as Castiglione del Lago and Chiusi you find some of the areas best authentic restaurants that still serves the regions "slow food" dishes.
