It´s easy to order your holiday apartment 2011 amongst our lovely places in Tuscany and Umbria. Mail or call us directly, and we will respond quickly providing you with proposals that satisfies your wishes and needs. At the booking you pay a deposit and we take care of the rest untill you arrive here at your holiday apartment in Italy. In the main season all holiday apartments are doing saturday/saturday, but ask us if you have special wishes for arrival and departure.
Our prices are always the same as you will find them on the specific holiday homes we have on this site, the difference is our good solid service and quick responding. We will do everything to find the right holiday for you, and will give advice during your stay here, as we live no more than 10 minutes away from all the holiday houses you see on this site.

The colaboration with the local holiday homes is increased in 2012! As guests with Holiday-in-Italy.net you can expect a solid local service from us on each of the holiday homes we work with. After your arrival on saturday in the main season, we will make a visit Sunday morning, where we will respond every kind of questions you may have. During your stay we will arange special tours and events such as, wine tasting, a night at the local pizza-bar, peccorino tasting or even one-day food courses. Other than this service we are at our phones during your stay, available if you have the need.

Poggio dei Laghi

This is our own little place here in the village of Vaiano set on a hillside between the lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi. We live here ourselves and will provide you with a high level service during your holiday. You can have one of our three lovely apartments, all of them decorated in their own color and style with a view of the valley and Lake Trasimeno. The common garden is to enjoy with the pool (6x12 metres with roman stairs) BBQ, pizza oven and free wireless internet. Only 15 minutes from the A1.

Antiche Fonti

Behind the village Panicarola by Lake Trasimeno this pearl of restored farmhouse is situated; So perfect keeping the old umbrian style consisting of 4 indipendent high quality apartments. You´ll find private terraces, large garden with swimmingpool set peacefully by the end of a gravel road with view of Lake Trasimeno and in walking distance from a golf course. The host family takes you in as one of theirs,- Here you are really feeling at home!

Valdilucciole

In the countryside between the cities Chiusi and Castiglione del Lago in very relaxing surroundings youll find this restored farmhouse with 4 lovely independent apartments with big garden and pool (6x12metres) The apartments are all well equiped also with TV, and lots of space indoor as well as outside. In the common garden which is huge there is private covered parking space, BBQ and all kinds of tables and chairs for relaxing. The nearest village Moiano is only 3km away with grosers, bar etc. The two caring sisters who owns the place are coming every day making sure your holiday becomes a success.

Villa Belvedere and Villa Belveduto

Theese two beautiful well restored holiday farmhouses are placed just 50 metres from one another, each containing 4 big apartments of which one is for 7 persons. Each place with big swimmingpool, relaxing areas and lovely gardens. Stunning views all the way around the farmhouses of mountain and lake will mesmerize you! At Villa Belvedere and Belveduto you will find yourselves enjoying the well kept gardens and common areas where you can sit with a book. There's only 2km to the nearest village where you find the grosers, bar and pizzaria.

I Romiti

Lovely agriturismo set on a hilltop between the villages Villastrada and Vaiano, with stunning views of Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of Tuscany and Umbria in the distance. "I Romiti" is a very well restored 19.th. century agriturismo with more than 40 hectares of culture land attached to it, with vineyards and olive groves gently layed out in the valley. Here you find 4 apartments and 5 big double rooms with breakfast and outside swimmingpool, footbal field, other activities and lots of green areas for relaxing in panoramic surroundings.

La Casetta Gialla

Here in the middle of the village Vaiano with views of Lake Chiusi you find this lovely independent fenced in holiday house with big garden and private parking. The house is owned by an old construction builder who has layed his heart into this project of restoring the property which is perfect for big families with children or couples that travel together. Inside you find a hallway, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen-livingroom and large balcony. In the big fenced in garden there is covered sitting and eating area, BBQ and small swimmingpool for the very young ones.

Casa Elisa

In the middle of the small village of Villastrada, just opposite of the grosers you'll find this pearl of an apartment. The private driveway and parking leads to the garden where you have lots of space to relax by the pool of sitting on the terrace where you also have the entrance. The holiday apartment is for max. four persons.

Il Vecchio Frantoio

Just a few steps from the town gate of Panicale this old olive-oil mill is set with great respect for the architecture and not spoiling the environment. The apartment is made into a lovely big "study" suitable for couples or a small family of 3 persons. Here you have cafees, restaurants, theater, shopping and even the local church just by the door.
