Hiking or biking in the hills of Tuscany and Umbria

Many people ask us if the area between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi is suitable for hiking or biking,- Yes certainly it is! You have it all here; Gravel roads with very little traffic, most suitable for hiking or MTBiking. The small country-roads are perfect for the street bikes and the difference in heights varies with cities like Montepulciano (500metres above sea level) so there are also challenges for those with strong legs.
